The Prince Philip Drive campus of College of the North Atlantic in St. John's will get a new roof at a cost of $1.389 million - to be funded 50-50 between the federal and provincial governments.
"This campus has experienced a significant transformation in recent years," said Education Minister Darin King.
"The building has all new windows and many of its shops have been upgraded to create a high quality and safe learning environment."
King said the tender has been awarded to North Shore Roofing of St. John's with work commencing as soon as weather permits.
