A tender call for upcoming roadwork was announced today for routes 330 and 331 in the Bonavista North and Lewisporte areas.
According to a news release, the tender is for upgrading and repaving of approximately 13 kilometres of Route 330, between Pine Pond Pit and Musgrave Harbour and a section of Route 331, between the intersection with Route 330 at George's Point and the Horwood intersection.
These projects will be cost-shared 50/50 between the provincial and federal governments under the federal Infrastructure Stimulus Fund.

Look at that, more work for the card carrying Williams supporters. Now I wonder who will be awarded this and what the political affiliation will be? Anyone care to make a wager? You just hope they will use more than a quarter inch of asphalt this time.
Even in Chile they use upwards of five inches of asphalt with a ten inch gravel bed on roads. Guess our HAVE status does not include roads.
