Police issue warning about boulders being tossed unto highway

Police are warning drivers and asking for the public's help in finding out who is tossing boulders onto the Conception Bay South Bypass Road.
The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary is investigating reports of large boulders piled in the traffic lanes.
As cars approach, they say, boulders are being thrown from the surrounding wooded area.
Calls started coming in within the last week after significant damage has been done to several vehicles.
No one has been injured.
Other similar incidents have been reported at the intersections of Anchorage Road and Minerals Road.
Police are stepping up patrols in the surrounding area and advising motorists to be cautious when travelling along the above noted roadways.
