Amber Alert for 2 boys in Kingston, Ont.; police fear man taking them to Sask.

Police have issued an Amber Alert for two boys alleged to have been abducted by their father in eastern Ontario today.
Jack Armstrong, 5, is described as three feet four inches and 40 pounds with dark hair and dark eyes. He is wearing dark pants, a dark green jacket and tan hiking boots.
Christian Armstrong, 3, is described as three feet tall and 35 pounds with dark hair and dark eyes, wearing a yellow jacket, a dark winter hat with ear flaps, dark pants, Velcro shoes and a shirt with an unknown crest.
Police describe both boys as aboriginal, of Cree descent.
They say the boys were abducted in Kingston, Ont., around 9:30 this morning.
Their alleged abductor, 45-year-old Richard Armstrong, is described as a 6-foot-5, 260-pound white male with a shaved head and a noticeable pot-belly. He is wearing a yellowish beige coat, blue jeans, and a baby blue shirt with an unknown logo.
The suspect's vehicle, a rental car, is a 2010 Chrysler Avenger with Ontario licence plate AXTB 992.
Police say they believe the suspect flew in to Toronto's Pearson International Airport and is likely trying to return to Saskatchewan with his children.
They say he may be headed westward to Toronto for a return flight to Saskatchewan.
