RNC locates suspect

The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary has arrested Leonard Owens in connection with a number of break-ins early Tuesday morning in downtown St. John's.

Owens, who will appear in court this morning, is believed to be a suspect in the break-in of the province's Office of the High Sheriff. The RNC is looking for the public's assistance in locating stolen sheriff's uniform, vests, and batons.
