The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary says alcohol is believed to have been a factor in a single-vehicle crash Sunday on the Conception Bay South Bypass Road.
A vehicle travelling east veered off the road just west of the Foxtrap Access Road around 1:20 p.m. Sunday, rolling several times and landing in a ditch.
Two men, one who was ejected from the vehicle, were listed in stable but serious condition in hospital Sunday afternoon. The RNC said today the men, who are 26 and 37 years of age, are no longer listed in serious condition.
The accident remains under investigation.
Meanwhile, police say alcohol is also believed to be a factor in an all-terrain vehicle accident on Convent Lane in Torbay Saturday.
A 26-year-old man was taken to hospital as a result of the accident which is also still under investigation.
