    And for what reason would the union, on behalf of plant workers, and and the processors, in their own self interest, not make good progress? In the absence of the key players, the fisherpersons in the boats on the sea, they can lick the platter clean.
    It is grossly unjust that those who daily face the elements and ever increasing costs must eek out a living, while those solely dependent on them ever improve themselves.
