RCMP investigating death at Placentia Health Care Centre

RCMP are investigating a death at the Placentia Health Centre today.
Police say an adult male from the area was admitted earlier today as a result of an injury sustained at his home.
RCMP officers are interviewing witnesses at this time, however, the RCMP says no foul play is suspected.
The medical examiner has ordered an autopsy to be performed at the Carbonear Hospital later today or Wednesday.
