Officials from Nalcor Energy and the Department of Natural Resources will hold a technical briefing for the media Wednesday to review the unofficial English translation of the RÉgie de l'Énergie's decision.
The briefing will be held at 11:30 a.m. at Confederation Building.
The unofficial English translation of the decision will be made publicly available by the Department of Natural Resources at 9 a.m. Wednesday on the departmental website. The official decision is available in French only from the RÉgie de l'Énergie. The unofficial translation was completed under the supervision of legal counsel to Nalcor Energy.

The decision is made - government didn't like it and they're taking it to the Supreme Court of Canada. Other than as a distraction from all the bungling this government has done of late, what's the purpose of beating a dead horse? Who really cares? Oh yeah - it beats talking about losing over 500 MILLION DOLLARS through a boneheaded, short sighted, vindicitive and unnecessary expropriation.
