Offshore helicopter safety inquiry releases expert reports

The Wells Inquiry looking into offshore helicopter safety published five expert reports today, posting hundreds of pages of information on the Internet.
The four consultants who authored the reports were hired by Commissioner Robert Wells to look into various safety issues, and their findings will be considered alongside testimony heard at the inquiry.
The four consultants are Aerosafe Risk Management; Michael Taber, a research consulter based in Nova Scotia; Dr. Susan Coleshaw, a research consultant from Aberdeen; and the National Research Council - Institute for Ocean Technology.
