Health Minister Jerome Kennedy says the air ambulance currently stationed in St. Anthony will be moved to Happy Valley-Goose Bay in the next few days.
The plane was supposed to be transferred this past Sunday, after weeks of protests by people in St. Anthony backed by the Liberal Opposition.
The move was temporarily halted after a court challenge was launched and an injunction asked for last week.
However, on Monday, the Judge hearing the case denied the injunction. The court date for the case is June 25.
But Kennedy told reporters today the move will now go ahead as planned as the judge hearing the argument for an injunction said the case was without merritt.
