Toronto -

If you're one of the many people using Google today, you may notice something different about the Internet search engine.
Google is jazzing up its simple white background with custom photos that will regularly change throughout the day.
Google says in it's official blog that the idea is to encourage users to make use of a new feature that lets them upload their own photos to be used as their own Google homepages.
In the blog, Google says the photos featured today include works from National Geographic and artists such as sculptor Tom Otterness and artist Jeff Koons.
Last week, Google announced the new feature that lets users add their own photos or images to customize their Google homepages.
