Montreal -
It's a real zoo out there, somewhere on the streets of Quebec.
The hunt is on for a tiger and two camels, which went missing this morning.
They went awol because someone stole a pickup truck from outside a motel just east of Montreal - with the animals stowed away in the attached trailer.
Quebec provincial police say the animals were being transported from a touring circus in Nova Scotia to a zoo in Bowmanville, near Toronto.
The two employees handling the travel arrangements stopped for the night in a motel, 70 kilometres from Montreal.
But when they woke up this morning, they discovered that the pickup was gone.
It's not known if the thieves knew that animals were inside the trailer. The tiger was in a cage but the two camels were free.
Police are now looking for a black Ford F-350, with a metallic grey trailer and Ontario license plates.
Police say the truck could be anywhere in Quebec, or even Ontario.
