Driver not injured in moose-vehicle collision

Holyrood RCMP investigated a single-motor vehicle/moose collision that occurred about 10:54 p.m. Thursday on in the westbound lane of the Trans-Canada Highway near Butter Pot park.
The 48-year-old male driver and only occupant of the vehicle was not injured.
There was rain at the time of the incident and police were assisted by provincial wildlife officers in the removal of the moose.
