Foxtrap car accident investigation continues

The RNC is continuing its investigation into a single-vehicle accident that occurred Thursday on the Conception Bay South highway in Foxtrap.

A 21-year-old man was driving alone when the accident occurred. The driver lost control and collided with a utility pole. Speed is considered to be a factor and the RNC traffic services accident investigation unit is investigating an allegation of road racing in connection with this incident.
The driver was taken to hospital with injuries that are not considered to be life threatening.
