Yeah for you Noah. Such a caring little boy must have a big heart. If all people -children and grown-ups - treated animals with the kindness you are showing your doggie, the world would be a better place!

Sorry Cathy, owners can make alternative arrangements to have their animals walked.

If that is the only time they can walk their animals, it's just another reason why they shouldn't be allowed to keep them.

It's dangerous to their health, period.

    @ Ross,

you ever think that this may be the only time they get to walk their dog ...be thankful they dont leave their pets outside in the heat. And dont be so quick to judge,,,,

    Hey Ross,
Did it ever occur to you that the dog might actually wan tto go out??? I would think that people who take the time to walk their dogs are actually responsible dog owners. Do you think people in hot climates don't walk their dogs? Futhermore, 25 celcius is not that hot, and certainly not enough to harm a dog walking outside for 30 - 45 mins. Do yourself a favor and educate yourself before you start shooting your mouth off about somethnig you clearly know nothing about.

I was disgusted at the dog owners on my street this weekend, every brutally hot day they wait until noon to bring their dog out for a walk.

These idiots shouldn't be allowed own a pet, such selfishness to drag their animals out in such heat.

Noah, you are a kind and thoughtful little boy to take such good care of your friend,Oscar.

How precious is this. Good for you Noah. You can see the love for your puppy by the look in your eyes. He is a very lucky puppy. Maybe this picture should be used in a Humane Society campaign to show people the right way to treat these beautiful 4 legged furry animals.

Great job Noah. What a great picture for a Tim Horton's commercial.
