Dave Walsh is a singer/songwriter from St. John’s who has been involved in the local music scene for more than 10 years. He has played with acts such as Cedar Drive, Double or Nothing, The Sharona Clarke Band and most recently formed The Worst Kind.
Walsh has spent the last 2 1/2 years playing as a soloist in the downtown St. John’s music scene and organized events such as “ The Levee Presents: The Battle of the Fans 2010 & 2011,” “Cool Tuesdays with Dave Walsh” and currently hosts a live music showcase 10 p.m. every Wednesday at The Levee called “The Measure.” He appeared on “Inside NFLD” on CHMR live from the Delta during Juno week (2010) and at the Glovertown Music Festival.

A committed songwriter, Walsh has taken part in the local Record Production Month Challenge (RPM Challenge) the past three years, turning out three solo CDs, “Start,” “Vintage” and “Easy As Pie.”
