I got soaked at the KISS Concert at the Salmon Fest and lost me voice for about 3 days after the show from Shouting It Out Loud!!! This concert was just awesome!!! Only seen a few people leave the show because of the rain and it was mostly younger BEIBBOBBERS whom I guess were afraid too get their hair wet. The price of the ticket was an excellent value too see a band of this caliber and worth every cent of it and more. Some bands just really overcharge for their shows. KISS was also one of the most fun concerts I ever saw and I am so glad to see that they never forget us from the last time they were here. Their not a one shot deal like some others. So they are apparently coming again for another two shows and I'm sure they are gonna sell out very fast. I'm gonna be there for sure too see these Musical Gods and Legends preform! Can't wait.

A classic band with a huge following that will fill mile one two nights in a row, guarenteed. No doubt shannon and gene will stick around a bit after for a little island time. If ya don't like it don't go watch it. Obviously promoters know who to bring in to sell out.

hate to burst your bubble Jimmy, Gene had a car waiting for his last note at Salmonfest to get him to the Gander airport A.S.A.P. Shannon did shoot an episode of ROD while here, but Gene had as much time for NL as he did potted meat sandwiches.

Ozzo, the whole band stayed at the Mount Peyton, no limo straight to the airport for anybody...

Young acts don't come here or any other place in Atlantic Canada or similar regions because most of them are just flash in the pan fad acts; they only play large cities so they can make the money while they can. Do you honestly think that the Beibers and Ga Ga's of the world will be even remembered in 10 years, let alone touring? Don't don't so.

seen kiss at salmonfest... awesome despite the weather. in agreement with others though, some bands that have not been here would be great also, such as Van Halen, U2, Metallica or even get Bon Jovi or Rush back to THE ROCK!

Whoop-de-doo, perhaps Blue Rodeo can open, Hey Rosetta, Leonard Cohen, or Charley Pride - all bands we haven't seen yet..................this month. Bring someone we haven't seen before. Maybe a light will 'shinedown' on someone.

It would be nice for promoters to start bringing in stuff to this island that appeals to a younger audience. It seems to me they are only bringing in what they want to see. I'm nearly 30 years old and I do not listen to Sting, Kiss, Eagles, Blue Rodeo and the list goes on....
