A Nova Scotia scuba diver missing for more than an hour found dead

HALIFAX - A Nova Scotia scuba diver missing for more than an hour near Halifax was found dead this afternoon.

The man was diving in Mill Cove near St. Margaret's Bay when he went missing.

Halifax Regional Search and Rescue says they received a 911 call reporting a 37-year-old diver missing around 1 p.m.

Searchers used ground, water and aircraft to look for the missing man.

He was found dead just after 2 p.m.
