Minced meat as weapon in alleged assault

An unusual weapon is said to have been used in the commission of an assault in Paradise.

Chantille J. Rodway appeared in provincial court in St. John’s this morning, Jan. 2, facing two charges: assault and assault with a weapon, that weapon being a pack of minced meat.

The meat was frozen and Rodway is accused of having hit the package against a male complaintant inside of a home in Paradise.

Following her court appearance, she was released on an undertaking. She will appear in court again on Jan. 27.

    minced meat, not only good for burgers, but can be used as a weapon!..They will throw her in the clink to thaw out!...The question is, was it an argument about mince or moose meat!....toooo muchh

    The feds should set up another money-burning bureaucratic government agency to keep records of our individual grocery shopping habits. It's for police protection. The cops deserve to know if they face any possible frozen-meat related dangers when entering a home.
