If this highway was closed there would be stand-still traffic every day during rush hour(s). Think about it. Yesterday it took me 50 minutes to get home when it normally takes me 10. Its not a killer highway. Accidents happen.

I CANNOT UNDERSTAND WHY THIS ROAD IS NOT CLOSED PERMANENTLY. ITS A KILLER HIGHWAY,,,, NO JOKE, THIS HIGHWAY HAS BEEN THE CAUSE OF SO MANY DEATH'S.... SO , NOW, WHAT???? A MEMBER OF THE DEPT OF HIGHWAYS HAS LOST HIS LIFE, WILL THE GOVERNMENT DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS NOW, OR WILL THIS CONTINUE, AND MORE PEOPLE WILL LOSE THEIR LIVES, I FOR ONE WILL NOT DRIVE THIS HIGHWAY,, NEVER, ITS NOT FIT TO DRIVE ON, ,, SO, KATHY DUNDERDALE, AS PM OF THIS PROVINCE, ITS TIME YOU EARNED YOUR SALARY, CLOSE THIS OUTER RING ROAD, ,,,,,,
