RNC looking for missing man

The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) is seeking the public’s help to find missing man Scott Kelly

On Wednesday the RNC received a missing person report concerning Kelly, 39. Through the investigation, it has been determined about 2:30 a.m. Wednesday, Kelly left his residence in the west end of St. John’s on foot. No direction of travel is known at this time.

Kelly is described as having a medium build, five-foot-seven-inches tall and weighing 175 pounds, with blue eyes and light brown hair, usually worn in a ponytail. When last seen, he was wearing blue jeans, black T-shirt, blue fleece with black shoulders and a blue salt and pepper hat.
