Kathy Dunderdale believes the Progressive Conservative election campaign has gone extremely well.

But the PC leader says she's been so focused on the day-to-day of the campaign she hasn't really given much thought to the probable outcome -- which, if the polls are correct, will see her become the first female premier ever elected by Newfoundlanders and Labradorians on Tuesday.

"But now that we're this close, I'm starting to reflect on it a little bit, but just a little bit because we need to remain very, very focused," she said Saturday.

Dunderdale said the party has gotten a lot support from around the province, but it needs to ensure that translates into ballots.

Her plans for election day include going for a run and voting.
