Now judicial system, don't charge these boys with anything. We all know no one gets in trouble in Newfoundland and Labrador. St. John's can be compared to Port Royal in the 1600's, full of thieves, drug addicts and criminals. They're all issued letters of marque that say "Get out of jail FREE"

The inmates, appear, to be running the insane asylum and the young criminals are taking over the streets of St. John's. Time to give these young punks a life lesson in facing up to the consequences of their actions. $30,000 in unpaid fines. That program does not seem to working too well. Heaven knows that they have a free ride on the system so far, without much consequences.

C'mon Darls...do you really think they have a driver's licence or registration or insurance? If you are willing to drive impaired and leave the scene of an accident, I highly doubt that they are a rule follower!
