By the town taking over all waters except those being used by the Commercial containers they are very sill in their thoughts. How will they make any money? The Yacht Club currently enjoys a tax free status. Who will repair the Breakwater when the next Igor comes along? How about the two very wealthy people who currently own all lands surrounding the inner Harbour? Lots of questions Mr. Tessier but very few answers. At least explain how taking over the recreational portion of the harbour is conected to a Kent's building store. I still have visions of that two hole sh*#ouse.

I think the town of C.B.S. and the provincial government have no excuse for not expending whatever resources are needed to stop the millions of gallons of raw sewer the town has been shamelessly pumping into Conception Bay for more than a decade now. Don't brag about the crown jewels. There's nothing like a sheen of sewage to take the luster off them. No more excuses! Stop the pollution! We're not happy about the flock of seagulls gathering at the bubble in the waters off Topsail either. Clean up your act and make it priority one!
