I would like to comment on CNLOPB lack of commitment to Offshore Exploration initiatives in Western NL. They have delayed the assessing of The Shoal Point on land well analysis. Their seems to be a conflict with this well drilling which is on land even though its drill bit is pointed under Port aux Bay. They have been awarding West Coast Offshore leases to Junior Oil Companies who doesn't have the financial resources to explore these leases. This is delaying West Coast exploration as they should be awarded these leases to Oil Exploration Companies that can afford to conduct exploration programs. CNLOPB has not acknowledged that they have a copy of Seismic Lines to Cape Ray Offshore section. These seismic lines are owned by Hydro Quebec. The Cape Ray Offshore is located in mouth of Bay ST. George. There is a possible conflict here with Quebec. Corridor Resources sold the rights to Cape Ray Seismic lines to Hydro Quebec in 2003. CNLOPB should be as committed to West Offshore Exploration as they are to East Coast Offshore. Cape Anguille
