If they can do this with the approval of the Government and Courts with a strong union. They will do it with other unions too. While some of you may not like unions don't be fooled into thinking that this is okay. It would be VERY easy to do the same with non union jobs.

The OCI should close its operations in Newfoundland and move to Nova Scotia where their business will be appreciated.

I would like to see this so called governing government grow some balls and put the sullivans and the rest out on their ass. People will then say this would be bad for obtaining other companies. So what. Open eyes and minds, there are coutrys already doing this and surviving. We have a gutless government, who have no backbone ,abd are gutless. People stand up for your brothers.

While everyone needs to make a profit, these big companies don't give a rats ass about the average worker. Breaking the unions in NL's fishing indusry will be a big mistake.

This could very well be an attempt by the sullivans and their cronies in gov., to break unionism within the fishing industry. The oic plants that are left like The crab plant in Bonavista had better be on notice . Either you show solidarity with your brothers and sisters now or risk your livelyhood
