A man accused of shooting his former girlfriend last year has had a date set for his trial.

Trevor Pardy is accused of killing Triffie Wadman on Oct. 1 in St. John's.

In Supreme Court today, Pardy's lawyer and the Crown agreed on a three-week trial staring Nov. 19.

Pardy has previously pleaded not guilty to all three charges he faces — first degree murder, using a firearm to commit a crime, and having an unlicensed weapon (a nine-millimetre handgun).
