RNC release a surveillance video of a break and enter on Bay Bulls Road in St. John’s March 26, 2012 by releasing a surveillance video of the suspects.

    I wonder if the RNC have been in contact with ALC to have a call local cops warning issued when one of the idiots trys to cash in one of the scratch tickets they stole. Assuming there is a winner in the bunch, but they seem dumb enough to try and cash them, since they were dumb enough to steal something that cannot be claimed.
