City crews are en route to the corner of Maypark Place and Portugal Cove Road in St. John's where flooding was caused by what is believed to be a water main break.

It IS a water main break...for those who do not know Maypark, its across the street from the Escasoni Seniors Home. Portugal Cove Rd. is closed from McDonald Drive intersection to London Rd at the top of the hill...might have been worth while to say that so drivers can avoid the area.
