    I am also a survivor from thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura, a condition that causes tiny blood clots throughout the body (ttp). I am still doing kidney dialysis twice a week. I took sick all of a sudden on December 1 at 9pm and was admitted to the Health Science Centre at midnight I was in there for five weeks. I had a pizza with ground beef on it on Sunday but didn't start feeling really sick until Thursday around 8:30pm figuring I was just getting a bad cold I didn't go to the hosptial right away but the pain in my back and whole body after awhile would not go away so I went to the hosptial. I am still doing dialysis twice a week and I know I still have a long way to go but it's either follow the hemodialysis diet or end up six feet under that's the choices. As for the comment a slow news day this article was a big help to me knowing that it wasn't just me that this has happened to and it gives alot of people insight into eating under cooked ground beef.
