There have been several fires throughout Paradise whereby everything is lost due to response time. People and families are losing their homes and everything they own. We pay top tax payer's dollars - tell me Mr. Wiseman how we can keep growing as a town (subdivision after subdivision after subdivision) and there is no emergency response to support the growth. A Fire Department should come before arenas, sports complex, community centres and upgrades to town halls. What good is anything if you do not have the infrastructure and emergency response to support and protect your people.

Since fall 2008 there have been at least 4 fires directly on Paradise Road alone. (The restaurant, 344, 14? and now this one at 193) in each case, each location was DESTROYED. Main street homes - gone. We need a fire station in this community, not 3 to 5 years from now!
