Man assaults man with vehicle

A 30-year-old man is facing charges of assault after hitting another man with a vehicle.

The two men know each other, RNC report.

Police responded to the call on Blackmarsh Road at 12:45 p.m. and found the victim had minor injuries.

He was taken to hospital and released.

The accused was held for a court appearance today.

In addition to the assault charge, he is also charged with two breaches of a court order.
