RNC searching for endangered person Sandra Ward

The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) is seeking the assistance of the general public in locating endangered person Sandra Ward, 53.

At about 12:20 p.m. today, the RNC says it received a missing person report concerning Ward.

She was last seen today about 8:30 a.m. in the area of Big Hill Road in Petty Harbour.

Ward is described as 5’2”, 140 lbs with brown hair and blue eyes. At the time of her disappearance she was wearing a navy blue hoodie, navy blue jeans, brown shoes and a fuchsia-coloured shirt. She is believed to be operating a 2003 grey Chevrolet Cavalier, licence plate number HGF-052.

The RNC is very concerned about WARD’s safety and is asking for the public’s assistance. Anyone who has any information pertaining to the whereabouts of Ward is asked to contact the RNC at 729-8000 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477). You can provide information anonymously on the NL Crime
