Inspection reports detail the state of the province’s bridges
-
The bridge on Harvey Street (Route 70) in Harbour Grace, near the entrance to Riverhead, was built in 1969 and is in quite a dilapidated state. Vehicles are forced to slow down and swerve around the oversized potholes created by missing asphalt. Also, water runoff has severely eroded the earth near the bridge abutments. — Photo by Terry Roberts/Transcontinental Media
