John has a good point. Where in the Stavanger Drive area? What did the man look like and what was he wearing? What time did this happen? A fe wmore details could help someones memory of him "saying HELLO" or (sometimes more importantly) recall information about the man immediately before or after "saying HELLO" that could aid in a conviction.

Hey John, what do you expect the RNC to say, something like, ' a 54 year old man was waving his Johnson at passing motorists' ?. Most people know an indecent act when they see one; no need for the RNC to give graphic details.

How much detail do you need? This is a news article not a X-rated book. If you saw a man committing an indecent act in the Stavanger Drive area, call the police.... pretty stright forward....

Can this be any more vague? The only details here are it was a 54 year old man in the Stavanger Drive area, how is anyone supposed to help with no details at all. How long before these stories read "RNC need the public's help with that thing that happened a few days ago in St. John's"
