Fatal crash near Clarenville

There was a fatal crash on the highway near Clarenville Saturday night.

A westbound car collided with an eastbound tractor-trailer. The 54-year-old man driving the car did not survive the impact.

According the RCMP there was heavy rain in the area at the time.

The incident is still under investigation

Rest in Peace. There are unfortunate mishappenings in life that we have no control over. This man is needed in a better place and will be re-united with his family and oved ones in due time.
