Please be advised that Mark Blackwood has been located by the RNC.

The RNC’s major crime unit is asking for public assistance in searching for 23-year-old Mark Andrew Blackwood, whom police believe may be in the area of Quidi Vidi Lake in St. John’s.

The man is described as 6’0” tall, average build, with a shaved head and brown eyes.

He has several tattoos, including the words “Jaida” and “Jennessa” on his forearms.

The RNC is concerned for Blackwood’s safety and is asking anyone with information to call 729-8000 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
