All the associates of this loser will come on here or even tell the press what a great guy he is....how he would give the shirt off his back if you asked him, blah blah blah. Besides, this guy WILL NOT SERVE 2 Years. Lucas O'Keefe, who some of you might remember as the drunk driver who nearly killed 3 people on Topsail Road last year was sentenced to 2 years and IS ALREADY OUT. You can say hello to him on his facebook page if you'd like. To the son who is unfortunately caught in this matter - take my advice, find a new father. To the woman - find a new lover. To the loser - do us all a favour and find out when happens when you go one step past the wharf in St. John's Harbour.

NOW he is a loving family man. Too bad he wasn't such a loving family man when he tried to kill this poor man. Shame on the others with only two exceptions who never tried to stop this brutal attack. Also shame on him and his missus for bringing the kid to court!

It must have been "Bring your Child to Work Day" at the courts; this tool allowed his son to attend the preceedings; truly a candidate for father of the Year. That action speaks volumes to the fact that this guy leaned nothing from his actions. To have a child sit and hear that his father was on a drunken, cocaine fueled fit of rage is very irresponsible and maybe even borderling neglect. What does Child Youth Services think about this?

A "savage and brutal" for which there was "no excuse", is only worth 2 years? The judge's actions speak much louder than his words.

What is wrong with this woman who would take her son to court for this lowlife?

How's Mr. tough guy gonna make out in the slammer without his trusty 3 foot steel pipe ?. Perhaps Bubba will show him that, without it, he's just a cowardly little weenie.

Not long enough in jail, his sentence should be longer.
