Syrian students hold protest

A group of MUN students held a lunch time protest Wednesday, July 25, 2012, against the ongoing violence in Syria. The protesters started a flash mob in the student centre food court and then marched outside carrying a mock casket. The group want to increase global pressure against the Syrian government in hopes of stopping the killing of Syrian people.

    How many of the Syrian students at MUN are funded by their government or prominent Syrian families loyal to the Assad regime?

      None. Their pride can't be bought. Also, the regime is too busy killing innocent civilians to fund anyone.
