You all should be ashamed of yourselves. A young man has lost his life and a family is in grief, and all you have to say is NO PFD's. How would you feel if it was your son or husband floating there.

Pretty observant you are! Quick to have something to say hey? Perhaps you should put on your glasses and recount... there are actually 6 of them there!

Nice to see everyone practising safe boating! But I want to know where to buy one of those invisible looking PFD's!? Come on, the police should be the ones setting the example, practise what you preach. Rescue/emergency or not, they could have also ended up being the ones needing rescue.

They should all get fined for not having PFDs on. But then again they are the police they can do anything and get away with it. I guess that is cutting in on the donnut time, so the faster they can get this over the faster they can go to go to tim hortons

To clarify, PDF's do not have to be worn, but they have to be in the boat. They can be under the seat, on the seat. The rule needs to be changed so that they HAVE to be worn.

How boreing and petty must your life be to always find something to complain about.I taught it was a great job to recover the body.
