A 48-year-old man stopped under suspicion of impaired driving on Sunday was again facing officers Monday following a two-vehicle collision on Commonwealth Avenue at 12:15 p.m.

No injuries were reported in what RNC officers refer to as a minor accident on Monday.

The man was charged with impaired driving and failing a breathalyzer.

Officers are awaiting the results of a toxicological report before charges are laid in relation to the Sunday incident.
