Two new provincial court judges are expected to be named later today.

The Telegram has learned the new judges will be Lori Marshall, a St. John’s based legal aid lawyer, and St. John’s lawyer James Walsh. Their appointments will fill the vacancies left by the retirement of Judge Robert Hyslop and Judge David Power.

A formal announcement is expected later today.
