    Province of St. John's

That is not even a start on the list. The Province collects millions of dollars a year from gas taxes on gas sold in St. John's. Gas tax is supposed to contribute to the upkeep of the roads. However, the Province provide very very little by comparion to St. John's for road repair while spending millions on remote areas with few people and littel gas sales. Something is not right with this picture.
