Young girl hit by truck

A seven-year-old girl was struck by a truck this afternoon on the parking lot of the Marystown Tim Hortons coffee shop. According to a news release from the Marystown RCMP, the girl was taken by ambulance to the Burin hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The truck was pulling out of the parking lot at the time.

The local fire department also responded to the accident.

More details will be released as they become available.

The men who drive trucks are fools. They over compensate for their smallness and buy buying a big truck that people think are full of testarone. Then since they got something to prove they drive as if they owns the road and are in invinsibile tanks. They reek havoc on the roads. Then they are suffering from the jitters of coffee withdrwal. This news story is no surprise.
