I was born in Churchill Falls and left when I graduated High School to attend University. Today I am in my early 30's and still think about the great times I had living there. Aside from the RNC, there is no better place to grow up.

Let's not forget alcohol, slots, adultery, and very bored RNC officers.

It was in the late 70"s 0r early 80"s I went to Churchill Falls, with a friend of mine he was,I think the accounts manager with Churchill falls, to look at a D8 cat, & a 988 cat loader that was for sale there, We got off the Co, jet and drove a short distance to a office building,it looked like an ordinary office building and I asked him Bill where is Churchill Falls, We got in an Elevator and went down,my ears after just getting off a jet started to crack again, Churchill Falls Hydro is cut out of solid rock, those transformers which were seen on the news or NTV ,that were being rebuilt all of this as seen on tv is all underground cut out off solid rock, for a person to even dream of this, let alone build it is amazing.
