The RCMP in Happy Valley-Goose Bay have arrested 41-year-old Sem Paul Obed of Happy Valley-Goose Bay in connection with an assault on a bartender that occurred at the Sand Bar Lounge in that town on Aug. 16.

Police say Obed was arrested in a wooded area in the community without incident this afternoon.

He will appear in provincial court at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday to answer to charges of assault causing bodily harm and two breaches of probation.

I don't understand Obed doing this in the summer. I thought people like him waited for the cold winter to commit a crime so he could live comfortably in the the Labrador Pen for the winter.
