RNC seeking public assistance

Fire investigators with the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary have determined that a fire on Prospero Place in St. John’s early Tuesday morning was suspicious in nature.

The RNC is seeking the assistance of the general public as it continues to investigate the incident.

Police responded to a structure fire around 12:15 a.m. Tuesday. Police say damage to the unoccupied residence appears to be extensive.

The RNC General Investigation Unit is asking anyone that may have seen any suspicious persons or vehicles in the immediate area prior to the fire to  contact the RNC at 729-8000 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).

People can provide information anonymously on the N.L. Crime Stoppers website at www.nlcrimestoppers.com.

    I wonder if it could be the same house that the neighborhood kids flooded and trashed before. I'm guessing it's the same little group of punk kids. It's time for them to be stopped and charged.
