Man facing numerous charges following Sunday incident

A McIvers man is facing numerous charges as a result of an incident in the west coast community Sunday.

The man faces three counts of assault with a weapon, three counts of uttering threats, one count of criminal harassment, two counts of break and enter and one count of mischief.

He was held in custody for a court appearance today.

Meantime, a woman from Irishtown was charge with assault and mischief in relation to an incident in McIvers Sunday.

She was released and giving a court date for Nov. 27.
