We are on the water & sewer list here in Seal Cove but the list does not seems to get any shorter. Very little movement. Upper Gullies and Seal Cove are undergoing a housing boom as is Holyrood. At least Holyrood has water and sewer. Time for us in the west to be paid attention to as well.

What a novel concept... expecting consumer to pay for the cost of production. If we did more of this, CBS wouldn't be such a wasteland of unenvironmental (and unhumanaterian) sprawl. Its all part of the race to the bottom I guess.

Town of Paradise wait to they move in then you can really tax them. Remember they are moving from St.John's to avoid the upcoming pension cost with town workers.

it's about time that the east end of town will have to start paying and doing thier part.they recieved their water services for nothing or little as nothing. on the other hand us living in the west end of the town has paid through the nose for everything. it's about time that every body chiped in. they recieved thier services thirty -five years ago while us up here on the west end are still not serviced ..how would you like living here?

Someone should ask Woody and company how much of a levy is Kent's paying. Considering that the Town had to spend millions and millions of dollars to service the Legion Road area let alone the upgrades that the old portion of Legion Road will need. I bet you will be surprised by the answer.
